Returns & Refunds

Return within 30 days for UK mainland orders. No restocking fee. The set must be unopened and in resalable condition.

The return window starts from delivery. Typical delivery is 4–7 business days total after Stripe confirms payment.

Start a return by emailing support@ironwoodpower.store with your order number. Please wait for a return authorisation before sending anything back. Opened or part-built sets, missing instructions or minifigures, and damage beyond inspection can reduce or deny a refund.

Refunds are issued to the original Stripe payment method after we inspect the return. Stripe posting time is usually 5–10 business days. We do not collect restocking fees unless a future settings change says otherwise — currently restocking is not charged.

Sets must come back sealed and in resalable condition. Post the set inside an outer box — a LEGO box used as the shipping box will arrive damaged, and box damage caused in return transit is not refundable.
